English Highball

Ingredients

• Brandy — 0.75 oz
• Gin — 0.75 oz
• Sweet Vermouth — 0.75 oz
• Carbonated water
• Lemon peel

Steps

1. Pour brandy, gin, and sweet vermouth into a highball glass over ice cubes.
2. Fill with carbonated water.
3. Add the twist of lemon peel, stir, and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)
