Ingredients
- Light rum — 1.5 oz
- Triple sec — 1 tbsp
- Lime juice — 1.5 oz
- Sugar — 1 tsp
- Cherry — 1 pcs
- Ice — 1 cup
Steps
- Combine all ingredients (except for the cherry) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for five seconds, then blend at a high speed until firm.
- Pour contents into a champagne flute, top with the cherry, and serve.
