Dark Caipirinha

Ingredients

• demerara Sugar — 2 tsp
• Lime — 1 pcs
• Cachaca — 2.5 oz

Steps

1. Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an old-fashioned glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour the cachaca into the glass.
4. Stir well.
