Horse's Neck

Ingredients

• Lemon peel — 1 pcs
• Brandy — 2 oz
• Ginger ale — 5 oz
• Bitters — 2 pcs

Steps

1. Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Stir gently.
3. Garnish with lemon zest.
4. If desired, add dashes of Angostura Bitter.
