Ingredients

• Light rum — 1.5 oz
• Triple sec — 1.5 tsp
• Lime juice — 1 tbsp
• Sugar — 1 tsp
• Egg white — 1 pcs
• Mint — 1 pcs

Steps

1. Combine and shake all ingredients (except mint) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.
2. Add the sprig of mint and serve.
