Ingredients

  • eggs — 5 pcs
  • sugar — 5 tbsp
  • glass milk — 1 pcs
  • olive oil — 3 tbsp
  • flour
  • instant yeast
  • oil or lard
  • half a glass mistrà (optional)
  • honey (optional)

Steps

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, milk, flour, yeast and mistrà and knead them in a soft dough.
  2. Roll out to about 1.5 cm thick.
  3. Cut it to squares about 5 cm long.
  4. Fry them for about 5 minutes.
  5. Dry them and sweeten with sugar or honey.
