Ingredients
- eggs — 5 pcs
- sugar — 5 tbsp
- glass milk — 1 pcs
- olive oil — 3 tbsp
- flour
- instant yeast
- oil or lard
- half a glass mistrà (optional)
- honey (optional)
Steps
- Mix eggs, sugar, milk, flour, yeast and mistrà and knead them in a soft dough.
- Roll out to about 1.5 cm thick.
- Cut it to squares about 5 cm long.
- Fry them for about 5 minutes.
- Dry them and sweeten with sugar or honey.
