Ingredients

  • wheat flour or 100g glutenfree flour — 200 g
  • milk — 200 ml
  • eggs — 2 pcs
  • sugar — 2 tsp
  • baking soda — 1 tsp
  • a little bit of salt

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Let the dough rest for ~15 mins.
  3. Heat a pan with a bit butter or oil.
  4. For each pancake spread a ladle of dough in the pan and bake them at lower medium temperature until they are brown on both sides.
