Ingredients

  • beef — 500 g
  • potatoes — 300 g
  • carrot — 1 pcs
  • medium onion — 1 pcs
  • tomato paste — 12 tbsp
  • water — 500 ml
  • garlic cloves — 3 pcs
  • bay leaves — 3 pcs
  • Curcuma
  • Paprika
  • Oregano
  • Parsley
  • Caraway
  • Basil (optional)
  • Cilantro (optional)
  • champignon mushrooms (optional) — 2 pcs

Steps

  1. Heat up the frying pan and add some oil.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and fry them on the frying pan over
  3. Chop the onion.
  4. Cut the beef into small enough pieces and dust with flour.
  5. After about 15 minutes of frying the potatoes, add the onions and beef to the
