Ingredients
- eggs — 2 pcs
- small/medium-sized potatoes — 2 pcs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- bacon strips — 4 pcs

- Cheese (I usually use Gouda)

- A couple of Champignon 'shrooms
- Some slices of bell pepper
Steps
- Cut the bacon into pieces and fry it on a pan.
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
