Ingredients

  • Large Flake Oats (no partially cooked quick-oats allowed!) — 0.5 cup
  • Almonds
  • Pecans
  • Roasted Flax Seed — 1 tbsp
  • Hemp Hearts — 1 tbsp
  • Cranberries (adjust amount to preference)
  • Banana (mashed) — 0.5 pcs
  • Milk (3.25% if possible) — 1 cup
  • Cinnamon (adjust amount to preference)
  • Egg — 1 pcs
  • ON Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Powder (optional)

Steps

  1. Chop or mash nuts and fruit.
  2. Combine nuts, fruit, and other dry ingredients in a saucepan
  3. Add milk and cook mixture over medium heat until oats are desired tenderness (5-10 mins)
  4. Add egg and protein powder and cook for a few more minutes
  5. Enjoy
