Cheesy Meatballs with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- ground beef meat — 300 g
- an onion — 0.25 pcs
- cheese; I have made with different cheese types, but usually I use — 70 g
- Parsley
- garlic cloves — 1 pcs
- egg — 1 pcs
- metric cups (~50ml) of bread crumbs — 0.2 pcs
- water — 250 ml
- spoonfuls of tomato paste — 8 pcs
- Oregano
- Basil
- Black pepper
Steps
- Beat the egg(s) in a large bowl.
- Add in the ground beef, and the bread crumbs and mix.
- Chop the onion into small pieces and add it to the bowl.
- Mince the garlic cloves and add to the bowl.
- Dice the parsley leaves and add to the bowl.
- Salt the beef mix and mix it thoroughly.
