Merchant's Buckwheat
Buckwheat is not very popular outside Russia, the former USSR, and some Asian countries; but it is a nice grain full of nutrients which can be used to prepare delicious and nutritious dishes.

Ingredients
- pork meat — 400 g
- metric cup (~125ml) buckwheat — 0.5 pcs
- metric cup (~300ml) water — 1.2 pcs
- medium-sized carrot — 1 pcs
- small onion — 1 pcs
- tomato paste — 6 tbsp
- Wheat flour
- Curcuma
- Chili powder (optional)
- garlic cloves — 3 pcs
- Parsley
- bay leaves — 3 pcs

- Chop the onion and cut the pork into small pieces.
