Ingredients

Steps
- Place the chicken in a bowl, season or marinate briefly and let rest for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer or oven. For an air fryer: cook the chicken at 200°C for about 15 minutes, turning once, until cooked through. For an oven: bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes, until cooked through.
- While the chicken cooks, make the honey butter sauce: melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, then stir in the soy sauce, honey and a splash of water.
- Simmer the sauce for about 4–6 minutes, reducing until it becomes glossy and sticky.
- Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce, letting it heat together briefly so the chicken is well glazed.
- Serve the glazed chicken with rice and vegetables.
